Battery strapping tools for PP and PET

A battery tool tensions the strap, friction-welds it and cuts it at the push of a button — no seals and no cable. Much faster than hand tools and lighter than pneumatic ones.

How it works

  1. Insert the strap

Loop the strap around the package and lay both ends in the tool.

  2. Press tension

The tool pulls to the tension you set.

  3. Press weld

It friction-welds the ends and cuts off the excess.

  4. Lift the tool

The strap is done, with no seal.

Who it suits

  • Brick and ceramic plants
  • Warehouses and stores
  • Timber yards
  • Shipping companies
  • Pallet strapping
  • Sites without compressed air

Make it last

  • Charge the battery fully before first use, and don't leave it flat for long periods.
  • Clean strap debris off the tension wheel; if it clogs, the strap will slip.
  • If welds are weak, raise the weld time a little rather than the tension.

Common questions

How many straps per charge?

It depends on the model, battery capacity, strap and tension. Ask us about the model in stock.

Does it need seals?

No. The joint is a friction weld, so you save the cost of seals entirely.

PP or PET?

Both, within the model's width and thickness range.

13/16 or 16/19?

Go by the strap width you use. For mostly 16 mm either works; for 19 mm choose 16/19.
